HI, We're Jill and Jenna,

We're sisters, podcast hosts and health and wellness entrepreneurs.  Jill is a former collegiate athlete and Jenna is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and educator who has spent the last 3 years coaching clients and educating a community of more than 300,000 people on the importance of improving your digestive health.  Together, our passion is to help people like you make the life altering transformations when it comes to your health, well being and becoming the badass that you are.

This all started 3 years ago after we made the decision to stop letting our gut issues control us.  We both suffered for 10 years before we finally sought help which changed our lives. With the help of a practitioner, we started creating simple practices that would set us up for success.  We changed many aspects of our lives such as diet, lifestyle habits, and altered the things that were contributing to our gut issues. This ultimately resulted in more energy, less bloating, no painful stomach aches, a clearer headspace and a brighter outlook on life.
